Return and Refund Policy

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide us with a picture or video of the defect. We will send you a new product free of charge, and you will be responsible for mailing the defective product back to us.

We do not accept returns for products that are not defective or damaged. If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel it. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
